La Réserve Paris - Hotel and Spa opened in 2015, at 42 Avenue Gabriel (Paris 8th), just off the Champs-Elysées. This palace hotel, designed by Muchel Reybier, is housed in a mansion dating from 1854, once owned by couturier Pierre Cardin.
Behind its ruby-red doors, it offers guests a world of Haussmann charm and rooms with stunning views of Paris’s finest landmarks. The elegant and stylish decoration was designed by Jacques Garcia: on the ground floor, marble, wood paneling, gilding, mahogany, wall hangings, Cordoba leather, Versailles parquet flooring, antiques, and art deco objects illustrate the mansion’s belle époque history.
Practical and aesthetically pleasing, the 26 suites and 14 rooms (ranging from 42 m² to 240 m²) seamlessly combine tradition with modern technology: pastel tones, Carrara marble bathrooms, a Devon & Devon silver bathtub together with underfloor heating, screens integrated into the mirrors, an interactive tablet (with a special button to call your personal butler), all providing exceptional comfort for its prestigious clientele. It is also worth noting that La Réserve Paris - Hotel and Spa is the first palace hotel to offer a personal butler service for every room – Special attention to make guests feel as though they are staying in a private home.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the world’s most beautiful avenue, this discrete and spacious establishment also has a private library and a smoking room. Other exclusive amenities for guests: a gym with personal trainer, a steam room & spa with Nescens-Swiss products, and a 16 m indoor pool.
A gastronomic restaurant with 2 Michelin stars and a chic brasserie
Chef Jérôme Banctel oversees the kitchens at both Le Gabriel restaurant and La Pagode de Cos brasserie. Awarded two Michelin stars after only one year of business, Le Gabriel has translated the excellence of the place into the cuisine. The restaurant serves contemporary French cuisine, with Asian influences from his trips to the East.
La Pagode de Cos, a tribute to the famous winery Château Cos D’Estournel, revisits some classics of Bordeaux cuisine. Wine tasting evenings are held every first Thursday of the month. A cocktail bar, two terraces, and a patio complete the catering options at this exceptional palace hotel.
